At KBeauty.bd, we strive to deliver your favorite authentic Korean skincare products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Areas, Timeline & Charges:
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery fee is ৳65. Products are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery fee is ৳125. Products are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
Payment Methods:
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh, so you can pay only after receiving your parcel. We also accept secure mobile banking payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Since skincare products are personal care items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, we can only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions to ensure fairness to all customers.
Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange:
- The product received is physically damaged, leaked, or broken during transit.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong variant, size, or completely different item).
Important Guidelines for Returns:
- Unboxing Video (Mandatory): You must record a clear, unedited video while opening your parcel for the first time. This video is strictly required as proof to claim any transit damage or wrong item delivery.
- The product must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.
- You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
How to Request a Return:
If you face any issues with your order, please inbox us on our official Facebook Page or contact us via WhatsApp. Make sure to provide your Order ID, a short description of the problem, and the unboxing video. Our team will review it and guide you through the replacement process!
